The first is new, unworn inventory that never made it to a retail floor: customer returns, unclaimed special orders, and discontinued season-end stock straight from these houses. These pieces carry tags but no wear, and no history beyond the paperwork changing hands.
The second is gently used garments in like-new condition, which we inspect closely before they're ever listed.
